"Purchased a Big Deal for some much needed flower bed clean out and other minor yard stuff. Before I tell my story, let me say I am VERY happy with the result:-) The greatest challenge was the scheduling. I scheduled immediately after my purchase and did not receive my confirmaiton email. I called the next week & DJ got me on the schedule. There was an issue in that there was a problem with another job that caused there to be no crew availalbe for my work on the scheduled day.
