This service includes weekly lawn mowing and edging. We bill per mow at the end of each month.

• Tree pruning and thinning - Additional Charge

Full Service Lawn Care

Full Service maintenance is billed at a flat rate at the end of each month.

Features include:

• Mowing, weed-eating, bed weeding, ground cover clean-up and debris removal
• Fertilize grass
• Fertilize ground cover
• Irrigation checks performed monthly (repairs and parts billed separately)
• Shrub trimming and shaping
• Tree pruning and thinning - Additional Charge

All full service plans also include seasonal maintenance as follows:

• Perennial clean up, cut and trim down flowers after the first hard freeze
• Pre-emergent weed control (Spring/Fall)
• Annual Crape Myrtle trimming (Optional) - Additional Charge
• Scalp and overseed with Winter Rye - Additional Charge
